Step-to-Success

ReTronics is not only dedicated to helping the environment, but also the local community. As part of the "Steps-to-Success" program,
ReTronics hires, trains, and employs welfare-to-work clients. Through this program, ReTronics has helped a number of people get back on
their feet while helping them develop marketable skills and providing valuable work experience.
In Addition to the Steps-to-Success program, ReTronics also provides technical support internships for aspiring students at Portland Community College.
At ReTronics we believe we nothing should go to waste; we believe in giving people a new opportunity and a second chance.
We help to keep waste out of the waste-stream and put workers back into the work-stream, creating a "Win-Win" situation for everyone.
